First United Methodist Church – Orlando
This project consisted of the complete abatement of 45,000 square feet of Spray Applied Fire Proof Insulation located throughout the entire building on all three floors. Other materials abated included Floor Tile and Pipe Wrap Insulation. Once abatement had been completed, demolition of the entire 33,000 square foot, sixty-five foot high, three story structure, with a basement commenced. We had two major roads within twenty feet of the structure yet completed the project without incident and on schedule.
Lakeland Regional Medical Center
Our staff performed flawlessly on many areas of an operating Hospital in order to perform Asbestos Abatement and Selective Demolition on approximately 150,000 square feet. This included room renovations, staff office renovations; exterior brick finishes removal, and records facilities renovations.
First Baptist Church at the Mall
This facility had previously been operating as a shopping mall with many retail stores that had been purchased by the church in order to enlarge their capacity to provide religious services to the local community. The project consisted of 100,000 square feet of space to be completely stripped and back to a vanilla shell condition for the renovations to occur.
South Florida Community College – Auditorium
Complete renovations to an existing 25,000 square foot auditorium which included removing all interior contents, catwalks, ceilings, seating, and concrete slabs. This included selective demolition to the exterior of the structure as well.
